Where will my order ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from Las Vegas, NV.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only. We offer $6 flat rate shipping to all US locations and free shipping on orders totaling $75 or more.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders totaling $75 or more within the continental US.

Product Information

What are your candles made from?
Our candles are made with 100% premium soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils for a clean, long-lasting burn. Because we ship from Las Vegas, we use a soy wax with a slightly higher melting point to avoid softening during shipping in the summer months.

How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies by size. Our tumbler jar candles provide approximately 40 hours of burn time, while our tins approved approximately 25 hours of burn time.

How strong is the scent of your candles? How big of a space will they fill with scent?

  • The short answer:
    • Once your candle reaches a full, edge-to-edge wax pool, you can typically expect it to fill a room that is 10 ft. x 10 ft. with a normal ceiling height (7-9 ft.).
    • If you're trying to fill a larger room, or a room with higher or steepled ceilings, you may need to burn multiple candles at the same time to fill the space.
  • The longer answer: 
    • The "hot throw' varies from one scent to another, and soy wax doesn't have as strong of a "hot throw" as petroleum-based paraffin wax, but we chose soy wax because it was important to us that we provide you with a clean-burning candle.
    • Whenever we develop a new scent, we always do rigorous testing, and reworking of the scent until we're confident that it will produce a good hot throw.
      • In many cases, we have given up on a scent that we really were hoping would work, because it just didn't produce a strong enough scent in soy wax. We will never sell you a candle if we aren't confident that it will produce a strong scent.
    • Somewhere down the line, we may decide to change to some type of natural blended wax (soy/coconut, soy/apricot, etc.), but we don't anticipate ever using a blend that includes paraffin wax.  

Are your candles safe for pets?
Our candles use pet-safe ingredients, but we always recommend keeping burning candles away from pets and ensuring proper ventilation.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order. Once shipped, we cannot make changes, but we're happy to help with returns or exchanges.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you'd like a different scent or product, we're happy to process an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Care & Usage

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, allow the wax to melt to the edges on first burn, and burn for 2-4 hours at a time for optimal performance.

Can I reuse my candle jar?
Absolutely! Once your candle is finished, clean out any remaining wax with hot water and soap. Our jars make beautiful containers for small items.

I think I have an issue with my candle, what should I do?
There are a few properties of soy wax that may impact the cosmetic appearance of your candle, but not the performance. If you notice any of the following, these are normal properties of soy wax and won't impact the performance of your candle:

  • White streaks on the surface of the candle - This is referred to as "frosting". It is a natural result of the heating and cooling of soy wax. You will see this, even on candles from the largest soy candle manufacturers in the world. We work to minimize this, and expect to be able to reduce this more over time as we gain more experience in our craft, but almost all 100% soy wax candles will show some signs of frosting.
  • Areas on the side of the candle that appear "wet" or darker than other areas - As wax cools, it shrinks. This can cause the wax to pull away from the sides of the vessel slightly in some spots. This is also a normal property that can appear on any soy wax candle with a transparent vessel that will not affect the candle's performance.
  • Uneven or bumpy surfaces - Before we ship your candle, we take steps to minimize surface imperfections, so your candle arrives with a smooth top. After burning, when the wax melts then hardens again, the surface may appear bumpy or cratered. This is also a natural result of the melting and subsequent cooling of soy wax.

My candle seems to be burning hot, has a flame higher than 3 inches, or keeps going out. What should I do? 
Stop usage and refer to the Care & Usage instructions above. 

I'm not getting a very strong scent from my candle. What should I do?
The first thing you can do is, make sure you candle reaches a full, edge-to-edge wax pool on every burn.
2 to 4 hours is the ideal amount of time to burn your candle. Any less, and it may not reach a full wax pool, limiting how strong the scent will be.
If your candle still isn't filling your space with scent, even after reaching a full wax pool, you can try burning more than one candle. Yeah, we know how that sounds...but it's possible that your space is simply too big for one candle to fill. 
The "hot throw" (or the strength of the scent and how far it travels) of our candles varies from one scent to another, but, in general, soy wax tends to not have as strong of a hot throw as petroleum-based paraffin wax (but it is natural and burns cleaner, and that's why we chose it). In general, our candles should fill a 10 ft. x 10 ft. space with a flat, normal-height ceiling (7-9 ft) with scent. 
If you're trying to fill a larger room with scent, or you have higher or steepled ceilings, consider burning more than one candle at the same time.
